Warren Davidson is a traitor, his 4th Amendment Not For Sale Act is an idiocy that bars the federal gov, the american federal government from buying data already in possession of facebook, Twitter etc. It should bar ANY GOVERNMENT from accessing such database because all know that X, Google and Facebook are accessed by the Israeli Government, so they give Tech Giants and Israel more power than they give their own government in their stupid fight against the Agencies, if they have to ban Governments from purchasing data they have to ban ALL governments like make it a felony for Tech Giants to sell the data or to allow Israel or other foreign govs access the data and they don’t do it. They insist telling the Americans it’s their own government the problem, the wording of the bill is wrong. The wording of the bill should say that Tech Giants CANNOT sell or allow access to their data to Governments unless a warrant of course. INSTEAD the treacherous wording does not prohibit Tech Giants and private companies from selling the data, it prohibits the FBI buying them which means Israel may access a database like facebook’s Twitter’s or Google’s but the FBI can’t.
Why do they always prohibit the American Government and not ALL Governments getting the data? Why don’t they make it a felony to allow Israel enter one’s database? The prohibition is not for Tech Companies to sell the data or allow access or for any foreign govs entering the system, it is specific for the American Govenrment, this makes Israel’s Government potentially more powerful as for data sharing and access than the American. In fact at the end of day they all go (included Elon Musk)… to cry at the wall in Israel, it’s obscene.

Sorry, I don’t agree with this, if the Federal Government cannot buy those data then those data must not be for sale for anyone, it cannot be a prohibition only for the American Government it’s the data that must not be for sale or share, there cannot be a prohibition for the FBI bigger than the prohibition for other entities, for example the FBI cannot buy them those data, but BlackRock can: I don’t like these people, they are disqualified.
