Rand Paul is not a Constitutional Judge, he is a Doctor and finds everything “unconstitutional”. Judges instead, the ones who have to issue the warrants and experts of Law like Bill Barr and Chris Wray or even Merrick Garland are not telling us that FISA breaks the 4th Amendement, why?
You and I may, at a certain point, rely on trust, do I trust Bill Barr more or less than Rand Paul? Do I trust Dan Crenshaw more or less than let’s say Andy Biggs or Thomas Massie? Do we trust more the pro-FISA experts and lawmakers or the anti-FISA experts and Lawmakers? Because as for you I don’t know it, but me I didn’t read the bill, the text, the full text of the new FISA and in the end it may be as everybody in the know says that FISA is irreplaceable and necessary, but inside the bill, there may be really some… some poison pills that should be eliminated and should be changed and/or corrected and some amendments may be good or some other amendments as Crenshaw said of Biggs’s amendment may be hindering the police’s activity and the investigations and endanger us too much. To be honest I cannot tell you I can go into this, but Bill Barr, Chris Wray can and the only thing their opponents say about them is “they’re RINOs” or “They’re Democrats” which is a nonsense. So, is Rand Paul right in trying to block FISA for it is unconstitutional? I would do this: pass the bill and then let Rand bring it to the Supreme Court because for Rand and Vivek Ramaswamy and the Project2025 swarm just too many things are “unconstitutional” but they’re not lawyers, Wray and Barr are lawyers, Rand and Vivek are pharma-doctors or pharmaceutical companies related. How’s that for Wray and Barr this FISA bill is Constitutional and for Randal Paul is unconstitutional? Bring it to SCOTUS where there are the Federalist Judges, 6 upon 9, who can tell you if it is or not.
Rand Paul is sick when he says “We can live under the Constitution for two days” meaning basically like an idiot that the Constitution in itself is enough and we don’t need specific legislation under the Constitution, he is there to dismantle or try to dismantle the Federal Government saying it’s useless or an economic burden: it’s untrue, the Constitution gives the rules based on which the laws have to be written but the laws have to be written, the Amendments are no laws, the amendments are basic principles the laws must not break. He and Vivek Ramaswamy and the people of Project 2025 piss me off and make me very angry. You live in the year 2024 not in the year 1777, the Internet must be regulated, drug traffic must be stopped and fought againt, in 1777 there was perhaps no heroin and no fentanyl and no aeroplanes and no Internet, the discussion of Rand about “we can do without laws and live under the Constitution” meaning “directly under the Constitution” is as stupid as pompous, wannabe. For him nothing counts only his privacy and his money count, he wants to abolish the IRS, the FBI, the CIA to live under the Constitution, and doesn’t want to pay taxes for the food stamps, for the poor or for State Schools and State Hospitals, everything must be private, there must not be a guaranteed minimum wage, who cares if people are exploited? He hasn’t got to pay, he has to keep well fed his rich friends of Forbes, but if not Forbes at least even the Wall Street Journal admitted that FISA is necessary, for Rand it isn’t, but if nothing counts from fentanyl addicts to chinese spies and people helping Mafia ‘Ndrangheta and the Mexican Cartels from within the USA, nothing counts but their privacy, and Rand’s, for Paul you have no right to food stamps and minimum wage and good education but you have the right to privacy and this is really elitist and plutocratic, but you don’t care about people dying of hunger and students tricked into debts forever at seventeen by the banks-your-friends and I don’t care about your privacy and the privacy of your donors, moreover I don’t trust you, the Supreme Court can check the bill, you are a doctor not a constitutionalist. I think the Tobin Tax should be re-introduced.
